Welcome to my writing blog where I write about the experiences I have while writing, try to pinpoint where my inspiration comes from and generally document my writing process.
Since I was thirteen I've been writing fantasy. To say I enjoy writing would be an understatement. I love character, plot, and developing that into a tapestry of the imagination.
When I was younger I became aware of a feeling I feel when I see, hear and read great fantasy. Those paced moments, that magical kiss, those nights under the stars - all of it brought a feeling of sudden excitement, overflowing excitement from somewhere inside me. Fantasy is the only thing that does that to me. I guess that's why I write it.
I am striving to develop my writing to conjure those moments for others. To make them feel like I did all those years ago when I read that moment, or saw it on the big screen. Because stories move people to do things they may not do otherwise.
